Her Story
Tomeka B Holyfield
USA Today & WSJ Best-Selling Author | Serial Entrepreneur | Founder/CEO/Creator, Global Women Disruptors | Founder/CEO, HAG-Helpppp Agency Group | Host, uCANuWILLuMUST™ Podcast
She is not a CEO in the traditional sense. She is the architect of a global ecosystem — one where brand strategy, media production, faith, and human transformation operate as a single unified force.
Where most leaders choose between purpose and profit, Tomeka B Holyfield built an empire that refuses to separate the two.
A Legacy Two Decades in the Making — It began in 1997 with a single conviction: that uplift is not charity, it is infrastructure. The HELPPPPing Hands Foundation became the cornerstone of a mission that has since delivered mentorship, resources, and direct advocacy across Sickle Cell Awareness, Autism Awareness, Breast Cancer Awareness, and Domestic Violence — reaching underserved communities with a permanence built to outlast any single campaign.
From that foundation, an empire grew. The Helpppp Agency launched in 2006, commanding brand strategy and public relations for an elite clientele. HELPPPPmedia followed in 2012, turning storytelling into a global amplification engine. Together, they converged into HAG — Helpppp Agency Group — a unified ecosystem where brand building, media production, and community engagement operate not as separate departments, but as one continuous act of legacy-building.
Every venture Holyfield builds runs through the same operating system — HELPPPP.
Helping — delivering the tangible resources people need to move forward.
Empowering — building the self-belief that turns opportunity into ownership.
Loving — leading from genuine care, so every person she reaches feels valued.
People — positioning people for the moment before the moment arrives for their
Purpose-Plan-Platform.
This is not a mission statement. It is the infrastructure behind everything she builds.
Holyfield doesn't attend cultural moments — she creates them, positioning them at the exact intersection of faith, culture, sports, and entertainment on the world's biggest stages.
theMIC — elevating music's next generation during Grammy Week.
All-Star Gospel Celebration — uniting faith, sport, and business during NBA All-Star Weekend for 20 years.
Gospel Goes To Hollywood Awards — bringing faith-based storytelling into the heart of Oscar Week.
She's Got Now Empowerment Luncheon — empowering women trailblazers in sports during WNBA All-Star Weekend.
World Legacy Fest — a movement built during FIFA World Cup 26™, rooted in her own words: "Legacy is not what you build for yourself. It is what you build for everyone who comes after you."
Every platform, every stage, every act of empowerment led here: Global Women Disruptors — a global movement built to spotlight the founders, executives, and activists reshaping industries and culture from the inside out, all around the world.
This is not a career. It is a blueprint. And Tomeka B Holyfield is just getting started. uCANuWILLuMUST™
