Her Story
Tanesha Boldin
Tanesha Boldin is a founder, global executive, author, speaker, and technology entrepreneur whose career has been defined by resilience, reinvention, and a willingness to build beyond barriers.
As Founder of CANXHO, the holding company for Critical Access Network (CAN) and DocHire, Tanesha leads a portfolio spanning federal healthcare, artificial intelligence, workforce innovation, and emerging technology. Her journey is especially compelling because she built much of it while raising three children as a single mother, pursuing advanced education, advocating for her autistic son, and navigating industries where women remain underrepresented.
Tanesha holds dual master's degrees—an MBA and a Master of Public Health from The George Washington University. Under her leadership, Critical Access Network grew into an award-winning federal healthcare and technology company and was recognized as an Inc. 500 Southeast honoree. Her leadership was also recognized when she was named a JPMorgan Chase Woman to Watch.
Her entry into artificial intelligence reflects the way she approaches opportunity: with curiosity, discipline, and courage. Without a traditional computer science background, Tanesha taught herself AI after recognizing its potential to transform healthcare, education, government, and business.
That journey helped shape the vision for DocHire, a technology-driven healthcare and workforce platform that is an AWS Partner and a member of the NVIDIA Inception program, connecting the company to two of the world's most influential technology ecosystems.
For Tanesha, however, AI became most meaningful when it became personal.
As the mother and fierce advocate of an autistic son, she began teaching him how to use AI to better understand reading context, simplify complex information, and strengthen comprehension. The experience reinforced a belief that now guides much of her work: technology should not simply improve efficiency; it should expand human potential.
That same philosophy extends to women. Tanesha is developing an AI platform designed to help women leverage artificial intelligence for productivity, entrepreneurship, creativity, leadership, and economic advancement. She believes women should not simply participate in the AI revolution—they should help shape it.
